I am the original author of this comics. So, I can tell you that Neo Antrpomecha isn't a fiction that explains everything about the world it happens. It's the sort of fiction which's characters deal with the reader as them were living in the same world. For instance, I do you reader a sincere question: Have you ever expalined for a invisible person about the social dynamics about crossing streets right before properly doing it? That is the point, Neo Antropomecha don't do that. Other thing is that Neo Antropomecha's narrator's discourse depends on the focused character point of view. So the same event may happen in a different way depending on the character that is being focused. This things happen to allow multiple interpretations and debates about Neo Antropomecha's plot. Otherwise, I would explain lots and lots of things before anything happens, which would make the manga rythim far slower than it really is on its begining, which wold be damn boring.
